Ron Beck holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics & Computer Science degree from the University of Waterloo.

Prior to his recruitment career, Ron travelled extensively to 15 cities on 3 continents over 5 years as a Technical Project Manager to implement video-text systems for major newspaper chains and governments, on behalf of the Infomart division of Southam Publishing.

As a knowledge-focused and proficient strategic entrepreneurial Human Resources Management Mentor and Leader, John’s international experience has covered business sectors in the manufacturing, retail, mining, and engineering segments. He has experience in public, private and academic organizations with strategic business acumen in high energy, multiple priority environments focused on a vision of positive change and continuous improvement.
John has earned both CHRP and CHRL designations from the HRPA and holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from Royal Roads University, Victoria, British Columbia. In addition to his corporate experience in Canada, USA, Peru and Sweden, he has been an adjunct professor at several Ontario Colleges teaching in both diploma and degree HRM programs. He also held a consulting practice in Management and Human Resources Advisement, focused on enterprise-wide business continuation, HRM policies, programs and practices, as well as employee and labour relations.
John leads our Culture, Leadership and Performance Management team working with organizations to assist in the development of job-related competencies, performance tools and leadership development enhancements, as well as insight analytics that augment the organization’s performance management system and firmly align it to their mission, vision, and cultural goals.

Stan Mandarich – Lead Consultant

Stan Mandarich is a Certified Healthcare Staffing Professional (CHP) with a strong background in healthcare recruitment.
Prior to joining The Medfall Group, Stan worked for 5 years as Director, Healthcare with the Straussgroup Inc., in Buffalo, New York, an Executive Search Firm affiliated with MRINetwork of 400 firms with 1,500 search professionals on four continents. He was fully engaged in recruitment of senior staffing and leadership personnel.
For eleven years he served in Executive Director positions with the World Allergy Organization (WAO) and the Canadian Anesthesiologists’ Society (CAS). At WAO he developed information programs intended to control inpatient admissions and lengths of stay for allergy and asthma patients, with targeted messages to enhance communications for healthcare providers and patients and caregivers. At CAS he worked with medical practice groups to assure that anesthesia services are provided to patients at the appropriate level of care in conformance with the Society’s Guidelines to the Practice of Anesthesia, which were continually reviewed and updated annually to improve quality of care and resource allocations in operating rooms.
Stan has held progressive management positions with Manpower Inc., a Fortune 500 staffing company. He joined Manpower’s Canadian Head Office to lead a nationwide quality assurance initiative to obtain ISO 9000 registration across 50 offices in Canada, with a $200 million customer base employing 30,000 temporary employees annually in 10 provinces. In his recruiting career he has conducted searches for CFOs, CNOs, Nurse Managers, Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Physician Researchers.
