Promoting the Principles of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

  • Our firm strives to eliminate any real or perceived systemic barriers and biases such that within our firm and with candidates applying for positions through our firm, all individuals have equal access to, and can benefit from, the searches we undertake.
  • We embrace diversity, defined as differences in race, colour, place of origin, religion, immigrant and newcomer status, ethnic origin, ability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and age.
  • We are specifically sensitive to the needs of those from underrepresented groups and the four designated groups: women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities and members of visible minorities.
